Sun lover Tamara Ecclestone laps up the rays with fiancé Jay Rutland as they enjoy beach getaway

They got engaged after a whirlwind romance lasting only a month.

But it seems Tamara Ecclestone and her husband-to-be Jay Rutland have at least found one thing in common during their short relationship to date - sunbathing.

The pair were spotted lapping up the rays after flying to Miami for a sun drenched trip.

Taking to her sunbed on Tuesday, Tamara, looked like cat who got the cream as she grinned while posing in her snakeskin print bikini.
The 28-year-old showed off her figure, which has already been heavily tanned, as she stretched out on her sun bed next to Jay.

She looked relaxed after slipping off her matching white and silver snakeskin pattern kaftan ready to top up her colour even more.
Tamara covered her eyes with some large dark shades, while keeping her brunette locks down and straight.

And true to form she wore plenty of bling with her arms adorned with several bangles.
The couple seemed comfortable in each other's company as they shared a cigarette and at one point lay back together holding hands

Jay even showed off his affectionate side as he sat on his fiancee's bed and bent down to kiss her as he showed off his own beach body in yellow shorts.

Tamara later giggled as she rested back to enjoy some lunch, with her beau tucking into a pizza box while she balanced a tray on her knees.

Ensuring she wasn't dehydrated she also enjoyed plenty of drinks throughout the afternoon, giggling as she swigged one bottle.

The pair, who were at Casa Tua in Miami Beach, are set to wed in a lavish ceremony this summer.

Not to be outdone by her sister Petra, Tamara’s wedding is on course to cost at least as much as the £12million nuptials – as she plans to entertain her guests with performances by Jennifer Lopez, Lionel Richie and DJ to the stars Calvin Harris in the South of France.

Other costs are expected to include private jets to transport guests, world-class catering, luxury car hire, the bride’s designer wardrobe and extravagant jewellery.

And, of course, there will be a honeymoon.
The Mail on Sunday revealed last week that after a whirlwind three-month romance, 28-year-old Tamara will marry her fiance, former City stockbroker Jay Rutland, 31, in June at the world-renowned Hotel Du Cap near Antibes on the Cote D’Azur.


But despite looking forward to their future together she has had to look back once again , after Jay’s somewhat colourful background was revealed.

Back in 2002 he was caught selling cocaine to reporters and was banned from inside training.

Defending her man, she said: 'Everyone has a past and the downside to my life is that the past gets dragged up. I feel protective of Jay and I don't ever want him to go through unnecessary anxiety because of his relationship with me. What I do know for sure about Jay is that he is a very good, loyal person and without trust, you have nothing.'

Although it has been a testing year or so for the heiress after her ex was jailed a few weeks ago for his plot to blackmail her.
Derek Rose was jailed for four years which saw Ecclestone sent an email claiming he had been offered £200,000 to sell his story to the press after she starred in a reality television show - despite no newspaper having made such an offer.
She also parted from former fiance Omar Khyami last year, ending in a bitter split.
