Once again in the series of Lumia phone there is a brand new phone called Nokia Lumia 1001. Nokia Lumia 1001 is a window phone and is far better from Lumia 920 and Lumia 820. As you know the previous versions of this series are bulky, massive and heavy, but this new one is slimmer and more attractive.
Nokia Lumia 1001 looks like Apple, it is little bit inspired by Apple.
Nokia Lumia 1001 is the latest phone in Lumia series which will launched in 2013. This is windows phone 8 which has dual core processor for its better performance. Nokia Lumia 1001 design is fantastic its top part is a bit sloped downwards which looks really cool. It also has a tiny LED next to the audoi jack. Nokia Lumia 1001 has 12 megapixel camera for best quality of picture.
Based on the Windows Phone 8 platform, the Lumia 1001 concept device sports a fast 1.6GHz application processor, along with a 4.3-inch AMOLED ClearBlack touchscreen display, capable of delivering a 1280×768 pixel resolution and protected by Gorilla Glass.
The smartphone would feature 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, while also offering the possibility to expand it through a microSD memory card slot by up to 32GB.
On the back, the phone would sport a 41-megapixel photo snapper with Xenon flash, powered by PureView technology and offering support for full HD video recording. It would be accompanied by a 1.3MP front camera for making video calls.
The specs list of this concept phone also includes a 2200mAh battery, along with HDMI, DLNA, microUSB slot, USB Mass Storage, 3.5mm Audio/Video, NFC connectivity, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi and the like.
As one would expect from a Windows Phone 8 device, Lumia 1001 would also include Internet Explorer with Bing and support for HTML5 content, along with fast access to social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
With included support for multi-core application processors and for external storage via MicroSD memory cards, Windows Phone 8 would certainly be loaded on handsets that resemble the Lumia 1001.
What remains to be seen is whether Nokia will indeed launch a Lumia handset to pack these specs and what it will actually look like.
As can be seen from the photos attached to this article, the concept device resembles the Lumia 900 and Lumia 800 smartphones, the same as Nokia's Windows Phone 8 devices might.
