LADY GAGA is planning to marry her boyfriend TAYLOR KINNEY this summer, a friend of the star has claimed.
The Vampire Diaries hunk and the Bad Romance singer have been dating since Gaga chose Taylor to play her lover in the video for hit single You And I in July 2011.
DJ STARLIGHT, a close friend of Gaga’s, said: “From all I’ve heard, I don’t think I’m dropping a secret by saying they are ready to get hitched this year.
“There’s a summer period when his shooting schedule will be clear and her concert and studio commitments will be minimal, so expect an announcement some time soon.”
Starlight added: “She’s told me he’s the one and you know that instantly when you see them together. They were made for each other. At first I thought he was too hot to be cool but now I think he’s totally awesome.
“She spends so much time in Chicago, because that’s where Taylor needs to be. So when she has time to be wherever she wants to be, she’ll be with him.”
GREG JAMES has revealed he took the opportunity of rowing along the Zambezi river with MEL C to duet with her.
The Radio 1 DJ and the Spice Girl were among the celebrities who braved hippos, crocodiles and snakes for the challenge to help raise money for Comic Relief, and Greg channelled his inner BRYAN ADAMS and seized the chance to duet with Sporty Spice.
He said: “I was in a boat with Mel C, and to make her feel at home I sang a few Spice Girls songs to her, including that brilliant Bryan Adams one that she did. The duet, When You’re Gone, which is an absolute tune. So I was Bryan Adams and she was obviously Mel C. So we had a few moments.
“I think that was because we were a bit sun stroke-y, a bit delirious, and I started singing Spice Up Your Life.”
JOSHUA JACKSON’s girlfriend DIANE KRUGER has revealed he is “ashamed” of her seeing him in hit teen TV show Dawson’s Creek.
The Canadian actor played teenager Pacey Witter in the series, co-starring KATIE HOLMES, MICHELLE WILLIAMS and JAMES VAN DER BEEK, and also starred in children’s movie series The Mighty Ducks.
Diane told Flare magazine: “He doesn’t want me to watch it. He grew up in front of the camera with pimples and bloatiness.”
BRYAN SINGER has revealed that producers begged him to cut some of the gore from his new 3D adventure movie Jack The Giant Slayer.
The director of X-Men and The Usual Suspects admitted he was forced to take some of the violence out of the film, which stars NICHOLAS HOULT, EWAN MCGREGOR and STANLEY TUCCI, to keep it family friendly.
Bryan revealed: “I did feel a little bit restricted. But I wanted it to be a family film, that’s who my audience was, so I restricted myself.
“There was one shot that I was urged to shorten, that I would have kept in the movie, but you’ve got to choose your battles. Originally the giant picks a guy up and puts him completely into his mouth and chews him, and they begged me to shorten it. I was like, ‘Okay, but I watched with a bunch of eight-year-olds and they thought it was cool’.”
He added: “Kids now are numb to stuff because there’s so much violence on television and the internet that they’re exposed to.”
SARAH JESSICA PARKER has revealed years of wearing high-heeled shoes have destroyed her feet.
The Sex And The City star played designer shoe loving fashionista Carrie Bradshaw in the hit TV show for six years, as well as in two movies. But the petite actress told Net-A-Porter’s magazine The Edit she rarely wears heels now as her feet have been deformed.
SJP revealed: “For 10 or so years, I literally ran in heels. I worked 18-hour days and never took them off. I wore beautiful shoes, some better made than others, and never complained.
“But then I did I Don’t Know How She Does It [a movie about a busy working mother], and I was very thoughtful about my whole wardrobe and said, you know, [Kate Reddy] could not afford really good footwear. So I got cheap shoes and the bottoms weren’t leather, they were plastic, so I slipped a couple of times, twisted my ankle.
“I went to a foot doctor and he said, ‘Your foot does things it shouldn’t be able to do. That bone there... You’ve created that bone. It doesn’t belong there.’
“It’s sad, because my feet took me all over the world, but eventually they were like, ‘You know what, we are really tired, can you just stop - and don’t put cheap shoes on us?’.”
JAMES BLUNT is back in the recording studio making, in his own words, more “miserable” music.
The You’re Beautiful singer has not released an album since 2010’s Some Kind Of Trouble, and last year hinted he was quitting the music industry.
But James was spotted at a party in Los Angeles recently, where according to The Sun he revealed: “I’m here recording a new album.”
Asked what the new released would be like, the ex-Army officer replied: “My usual, miserable stuff.”
